ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Annie Sachs

Executive Director

Annie started her career with the BGC as part of the staff at our Booker T. Washington site in Staunton, eventually becoming the site director. Annie can be found coordinating with our incredible volunteers, handling HR and personnel for the Club staff, and overseeing the development and execution of key programming initiatives at both site locations and the community. We're glad Annie's love of kids brought her to the Club!

Charmane Cleveland

Site Coordinator

Charmane has been a dedicated part of the BGC organization for over a decade and is currently our Site Coordinator. She takes care of important things like making sure our sites have the supplies they need and coordinating logistics. When she's not hard at work, Charmane loves to spend time with her growing family!

Ryan Wilson

Assistant Director

A new addition to the staff in June 2017, Ryan can be found handling HR detail, community outreach, event planning, program implementation, and a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation at both site locations. Ryan was previously the Academic Director of a Canadian ESL K-5 Immersion School located in South Korea. Ryan has a passion for mentoring youth and empowering their academic development!
